A little taste of heaven

Chicken enchiladas. Enchiladas with chips, guacamole and fresh roasted salsa. I had refried beans in the fridge, but why stuff yourself?

Heaven. Pure corn tortilla heaven.

I remember this…  The taste was spot on.
