A Typical "Carniriv" Scene
This year's Rivers state of Nigeria's cultural carnival tagged "Carniriv 2010" came to a successful end in Port Harcourt, the state's capital city yesterday, Saturday 18th December, 2010.
The event which kicked off on Monday 13th December, came to a climax on Friday the 17th with most of the state's twenty-three local government areas in parades along major streets
