Flood waters create danger at two Nebraska nuclear power plants

One of the plants in danger is one where, earlier in the year, a fire caused the plant to shut down part of the control rod cooling system. Despite this, federal officials have been releasing statements assuring residents that the power plants are not in any danger of melting down like the Fukushima Power Plant in Japan.  Read more...
