There is allot of propaganda surrounding the humanitarian crisis in Somalia. One thing is for sure, the people are starving while Western nations play politics. They always have the military might and will to bomb African nations but no will or desire to save Africans.
Islamist extremist group Al-Shabab, who controls large parts of Southern and Central Somalia, have said that aid agencies they expelled from the region earlier would not be allowed to return to help the nation's population as it continues to grapple with the worsening famine. Al-Shabab, is going back on a previous pledge to open up the nation to relief, a declaration that made many international aid agencies hopeful about deterring the famine in Somalia.
This indication is contained in a report by the Prayer Communication team of Open Doors UK a United Kingdom based Christian humanitarian organization (www.opendoorsuk.org) adding that Islamist insurgent, Al-Shabaab, the main armed group opposed to the government in Somalia, is reported to be systematically recruiting children under 15 as child soldiers.
