On Nov 29, 2010 , the Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan announced an amnesty for more than 6,000 additional “militants”.
This desperate action shows a confused individual, bent on looting the nation’s treasury. The money which will be allotted for these imaginary militants will no doubt be channeled back to Jonathan’s presidential campaign.
